What is an SMS enabled call?
An SMS enabled call allows you to use your account by sending an SMS message to the GSM access number.Your phone will ring and the system will connect your call.
How do I use my account through the SMS enabled call service?
The easiest way to connect your call is to send an empty message to the GSM access number.The GSM access number can be found in the email that is sent to you after you signup with the SMS enabled call service. Your phone will ring in a few seconds and will prompt you to enter the phone number to dial. Dial 011+number. For a U.S. number, dial 1+number.
However, there are many other different ways you may want your call to be connected. Below is a table guide that will help you make your SMS experience more enjoyable and easy:
To send an empty SMS message, simply dial the GSM access number.The system will call you back at the phone number from which you are making your call and will prompt you to enter the phone number you wish to dial. To send an SMS message with your authorization code, send the letter "A"+Authorization Code. The system will call you at the phone number from which you are making your call. If you want the system to reach you at a specific number, i.e the number also known as the callback number, send an SMS message with the letter "B"+Callback number. If you want the system to automatically dial the number you want to reach, send an SMS message with the letter C+Number you wish to reach. The system will call you at the phone number from which you are making your call. If you want to send your authorization code, and you want the system to call you back at a specific number, i.e number also known as the callback number, send an SMS message with the letter A+Authorization Code, followed by a space and the letter B+Callback Number. If you want to send your authorization code, and you want the system to automatically dial the number you wish to reach, send an SMS message with the letter A+Authorization code, followed by a space and the letter C+Number you wish to reach. The system will call you at the phone number from which you are making your call. If you want the system to reach you at a specific number and you want the system to automatically dial the number you wish to reach, send an SMS message with the letter B+Callback Number, followed by a space and the letter C+Number you wish to call. If you want to send your authorization code, a specific number you want the system to reach you, and the number you want the system to dial automatically, send an SMS message with the letter A+Authorization code followed by a space, the letter B+Callback number followed by a space, and the letter C+Number you wish to call.
What is a web enabled call ?
A web enabled call allows you to initiate calls using the internet with a connection to your destination number.
How do I use my account through the web enabled call service?
1.) You enter the phone number you want the system to call. This is usually your phone number.It is called the callback number.
2.) You enter the phone number you want to connect to. This is the phone number of the person you are attempting to connect
to and is called the 'number to call'.This is optional.
3.) You submit the web callback request.If you are using a single phone line to connect to the internet, disconnect from the internet immediately, and wait for the system to dial the number you entered in the 'callback number' field.
4.) Your phone will ring, and if you have not entered the 'number to call', the system will prompt you to enter that number.
5.) Enter the phone number you wish to dial +#
(011 + country code + number) for international calls
(1 + area code + number) for domestic calls
(To initiate a new call, press ##)
(To Redial the last number, press 99#)
