How does AIT Telecom work?

Fill out the online signup application to open a new account.

Upon credit card approval, you will recieve an email with instructions of how to use your account immedietely.

You can login as an existing customer and access your personal account management page.



How do I use my Account?

To use your account, follow the simple directions below:

1.) Dial one of  our toll free or local access numbers (For Canada, contact us).
2.) Enter your Authorization Code + #
3.) Enter the phone number you wish to dial +#
(011 + country code + number) for international calls
(1 + area code + number) for domestic calls
(To initiate a new call, press ##)
(To Redial the last number, press 99#)

Direct Access Service (DAS) Information:

Direct Access Service(DAS) enables using the phone service without dialing the toll free network access number and the authorization
code. You can use your service as a direct phone service by dialing 1 + phone number for long distance and 011 + phone number for
international calls.

You do not need to change your current 1+ long distance company to use this service. In addition, you can still use your phone account
from other phones as usual by entering your authorization code.

There is a one time set up fee of $10 for this service. There are no other initial or recurrent fees.

When you call Customer Service or use web account maintenance (http://tel.aitco.com/login.asp) to request DAS, you will receive an
interface device that will be connected between your phone line jack and your phone. You will then be able to dial directly right away.

When you receive the DAS device, connect the built-in wire to the phone set and other end to the wall phone jack.

1+Phone Number (US Domestic Long Distance)
011+Country Code+Phone Number (International Long Distance)

All local calls (seven digit) use your local service

Account usage and money saving tips to help enjoy your calls even better:

- Enter 0 # at the authorization code prompt to reach customer service.

- If you wish to dial another number after completing your call, enter ##  and wait for the prompt to dial the next number without dialing the toll-free access number again.
